AS10: The Astronaut Juice
Ran into these clowns at the “Race for Humanity 2009″ in Minefee, California. Monavie, better watch out, here’s your competition ! Some memorable quotes: “NASA (Johnson Space Center), in conjunction with Amerisciences developed this juice” (Whenever you see anyobdy selling anyting bringing up NASA, get ready for a good ride !) “Three tubes: One tube for water, one tube for food, one tube for Amerisciences nutritional supplements” “(pills) gives them an energy boost – no sugars, no fats” “It does not isolate the free radicals (like Monavie), it kills them !” “It’s the pulp !” “Are you trying to make V8 ?” “It combats radiation effects !” “Lets say I live near a nuclear plant, will it help me ?” “NASA interviewed 300 nutritional supplement companies and settled with Amerisciences” “Things have changed a lot since Tang !” Here’s the science ! See ! www.amerisciences.com They even testimonials ! Even Pfiser does not have testimonials !

LOL – Snake oil salesmen
It’s a fruit drink, Jim, but not as we know it!
This stuff is not good. You are paying a high price for virtually nothing of any benefit.
This doesn’t have anything to do with scientology right? (just asking really, they could be a front group for all I know)
Still, that was actually well done, I’d love to see you do more of these with actual scientologists (without the name calling and insults if you can)
That would be great!
Peace out
This reminds me of the Scientology “CellTech” multilevel marketing scam from the ’90s.
“Conditions that are likely to be improved by Super Blue Green Algae include chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, hypertension, attention deficit disorder, ear infection (in children, mostly), depression, viral infections, including HIV, and irritable bowel syndrome.”
“Scientific research proves that our core products help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, boost the immune system.”
Has anyone on the comments so far actually tried the stuff? Just wondering if the comments are from experience with the products or if they are just suppositions based on past experience with other products.
