It’s perfectly fine to take the two together. I was on them both for a pretty long time. They are actually a good combination for anemia. The birth control keeps your menstrual cycle regulated and eliminates the worry of over bleeding and of course the iron supplements boost your hemoglobin. I always took mine right before bed because they made me feel tired. Popped them both and went to sleep.
