My doctor said I have iron deficiency , but I am just wondering , if i take vitamin B together , will it be dangerous to my health ? The pharmacist said Vitamin B will help the iron supplements to produce more blood ?

Too much B6 can cause nerve damage, but we’re talking about more than just a daily dose of supplement.

i recommend to take any supplement that contains B complex with low percentage with other vitamins necessary.
