Is Sangobion and Multivitamin? Or a supplement for Anemia?
i was told that this was a multivitamin. I took a first capsul yesterday and i ended up with a bad stomach at night. I felt nauseous and there was acid in my upper abdomen and gas in my lower. I didnt take any other vitamin so I figured the Sangobion might have caused my stomach upset.
I looked it up and i found out that it was a supplement for anemia. So my question is. . . is it ok to take this even if i am not anemic?

It shouldn’t harm you but some capsules do contain 200mgs iron which can make some people feel nauseous.
I would check with your doctor or a pharmacist before you take any more.
