    I’d be more concerned about the brain cells I would lose from drinking too much. The vitamins and minerals can be replaced from vitamin packs and/or food.

    You lose the same vitamins you lose from eating carbs: B vitamins and zinc, primarily. Liver and bone broth are the best ways to replace B vitamins and minerals respectively. Egg yolks can also help, and so can "bitters" such as Angostura bitters. Having adequate stores of vitamins can reduce cravings for alcohol and sugar too.

    B-complex vitamins and vitamin C are water-soluble vitamins that are not stored in the body and must be replaced each day.
    These vitamins are easily destroyed or washed out during food storage and preparation.

    Citrus fruits are good sources of vitamin C.
